I am currently finishing my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been a nurse for 28 years and have spent the last 10 years using my board certification to counsel in a private practice that specializes in food and body issues. I also recently opened my own coaching business working with all things food, body, and recovery. Although I have extensive training and expertise, my lived experience/recovery is the foundation of my practice.
