We were born knowing and trusting our hungers; we just lost track and we can heal our relationship with food and weight through learning to feel safe in relationship to self, others and God.

I believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit and was born of the virgin Mary; that He was true God and true man; that He lived a sinless life upon this earth; that He died on the cross as a substitutionary and final sacrifice for the sins of all mankind; that He rose bodily from the grave on the third day; that He ascended bodily into Heaven where He continues His ministry at the right hand of God as our Advocate and High Priest; and that He is personally, visibly and imminently returning to this earth to set up His Kingdom. All who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood. The blood of Jesus Christ is the sole covering and payment for our sins. Since the death of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross, all forms of sacrificial killing are abhorrent to God (Isaiah 53: Matthew 20:28; John 3:16; Romans 3:24; 5:1; I Corinthians 15:3; II Corinthians 5:21; Ephesians 1:20-23; I John 2:2)
