About Our Practice

Perspectives of Troy, also known as Perspectives Counseling Centers, is the Metro Detroit area’s premier counseling, mental health, and eating disorder services center. Perspectives provides “world class care” according to CARF (The Council for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), an independent evaluation and assessment organization that standardizes and guarantees excellence prior to offering a clinic approval and accreditation.

We are a private outpatient clinic, featuring over 40 educated and professional therapists of varied specialties and expertise — each graduate level trained, experienced and state licensed. No matter what your need, there is a caring, experienced therapist who can help. You need not walk alone.

Our services include individual and group therapy for children, adolescents and adults, marriage and family therapy; Christian counseling; testing and assessment; eating disorders; seminars; the E.D.G.E . program — groups specially geared toward issues affecting the children and adolescent population — and much more!

Our experience as shown that when a prospective client earnestly seeks God’s face and favor that we are well equipped to provide sound biblical counsel that we believe God would approve.

Your Christian Counselor has a working knowledge of the scriptures, principles and directives of God as recorded in the Scriptures. He or she may also incorporate any truths they’ve acquired through their training which may be helpful and useful to you or your family by way of therapeutic intervention.
