I am passionate about helping people who struggle with distorted eating and body image, to help them mend their relationship with food, and to discover the truth: that their body is a good body.
Personal Statement of Faith
I am a believer of Jesus and seek to know and love Him more every day. Years ago, I struggled with anorexia and I believe it is a true testament of the Lord’s kindness and faithfulness that I now have the honor to walk alongside others struggling with eating disorders. “My sin was deep, Your grace was deeper. My shame was wide, Your arms were wider. And my guilt was great, Your love was greater still”.
