I believe that emotionally & physically scarred people can be tomorrow’s best leaders. “Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the massive characters are seared with scars.” (Kahlil Gibran) My theoretical orientation is integrative, conceptualizing cases & providing treatment from the psychodynamic, systemic, developmental, spiritual, cognitive, and motivational approaches. Lastly, I’m trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) protocol, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialetical Behavioral Therapy), Meridian Tapping & (BSP) Brainspotting. All of these protocols help the individual transition emotionally & physically out of victimization & emotional pain into relief & confidence.

The integration of faith in my personal & professional life is core to the progress I witness. I believe that without our identity being rooted in the sacrificial love of God, we are left with ways to cope, not heal. I believe that the Trinity operates in community to show us our inherent value. As such, we are allowed to shamelessly approach the throne of God, as his children and in recognition of our design to need him, and ultimately to reflect his glory. We are folded into the community of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to become more true so that we can operate at our optimal capacity, which always leads to our peace, deeper hope and transforming love for others.
