One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

What I want you to know is: “While it isn’t always instinctual, staying plugged in…intentionally filling your cup with Truth and focus… choosing to govern your life on purpose… is such a trustworthy place to begin the pathway toward wellbeing, goodness, and thriving. Let’s start by finding that unseen muscle that you come into this world with and then we’ll learn to root into and flex that muscle as you operate from your wise, intentional place. “

Personal Statement of Faith

I consider myself to belong to a “tribe” of wounded healers: those of us who have been through “life on life’s terms” and come out bruised but determined to let those dark spots be redeemed for goodness and blessing. My own healing has been experientially spiritual and my spiritual experience has been distinctly Christian. I have found Jesus to be a place for a sort of “homecoming” – a way of operating that rescues me from meaninglessness – and a relationship that forever protects me from being alone. There would be no better way for me to live out thankfulness than to honor each client’s spiritual journey right where they are. To invite you move in your spirituality in the way that seems to create that very personal experience of your very own “homecoming”. To honor the way that seems most authentic for you to move toward God.
