Lauren’s work is rooted in sports nutrition, embodied movement, and the mind-body connection from a body-positive and trauma-informed lens. Lauren strives to create an environment where all parts of you are welcome and you can be your most unfiltered self.

Personal Statement of Faith

We can be scared, lost, brave, and unbelievably strong all in the same leap of faith. Leaning on God and His love for us provides a center that we can come back to and use to orient in moments of brokenness.
