One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

Only in feeling true safety in mind, soul, and body can an individual show up boldly and authentically in their world; my role is to gently help facilitate and support that process using proven tools and rhythms in partnership with Jesus.

Personal Statement of Faith

I’ve experienced transformation at the healing hands of REAL, true Jesus, Holy Spirit, and God the Father. I believe that at the root of sin, shame, and pain is an attachment issue. Developing healthy attachment with God in safe spaces allows us each to step into who we were designed to be – Beloved, Chosen Children of the Creator!

Other Info

I’ve had personal experience walking through disordered eating and self harm in relation to unaddressed trauma in my life. I aim to be a non-anxious, compassionate presence in the coaching space. I know what it is to feel alone while trying to heal, and now my heart is to be a beacon of “not alone” for others as we partner with Jesus together.
