I provide support that is warm, caring, compassionate, and helps people walk in their true identity in Christ by stewarding their body well with by working on their nutrition and wellness.

Personal Statement of Faith

The Creator of the universe wants a relationship with us, so God sent His only son to come to Earth to live the perfect life and pay the penalty we cannot pay. By accepting and believing that Jesus Christ paid for our sins by dying on the cross and raised from the dead, we can live knowing the Holy Spirit dwells in us which allows us to follow God’s commands and be sealed to enter Heaven in His presence.
