One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

Through intuitive eating, joyful movement, and practicing self-compassion you can learn to nourish your body so you can live out your true purpose – which definitely does not include standing on scales or counting macros.

Personal Statement of Faith

I am a child of God and follower of Jesus Christ. Matthew 6:25 perfectly embodies what I feel called to work on with my fellow believers through the Holy Spirit; “Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?” We have all been fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God and God does not make mistakes. Together we can learn how we can take good care of our precious bodies that have been gifted to us in order to glorify God and come home to live with Him eternally in Heaven.
