One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

I use a faith-based approach to help people develop a healthy relationship with food and exercise from a place of respect and compassion.

Personal Statement of Faith

I accepted Christ as my personal Savior in my early twenties. I believe God will take everything in our lives that the enemy intends for harm and used it for good. Every single negative experience I’ve had in my past has allowed me to connect with someone who was going through the same things, and share hope for restoration. The more I dig into the word the more positive changes I see in my heart and all aspects of my life. God’s grace has allowed me to accept myself Just as I am with the desire to continue to grow in Him.
