One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

At Tapestry Counseling, I walk alongside women who are wrestling with anxiety, eating struggles, or body image issues—offering therapy that’s both clinically grounded and centered on the hope we have in Christ.

Personal Statement of Faith

I believe in a God who sees us fully and loves us completely—a God who brings restoration to places that feel broken. I believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who lived, died, and rose again so that we could live in freedom—not just spiritually, but emotionally and relationally too. I trust Scripture as the foundation of truth, hope, and wisdom, and I believe healing happens when we bring our whole selves—body, mind, and spirit—into the light.

In my work as a therapist, my faith shapes how I hold space for women walking through anxiety, eating disorders, and body image struggles. I believe God cares deeply about the stories we carry and is able to gently rewrite them with compassion and purpose.
