One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

I use a combination of approaches based on each client’s individual needs including: intuitive eating, motivational interviewing, and cognitive rewiring, to help my clients achieve freedom from their disordered eating and eat in a way honors their body and mind.

Personal Statement of Faith

I had the privilege of growing up in a Christian home and accepted Jesus as my personal savior as a child. As a child of God, I am called to share the gospel and to do my work for Him. God is the center of my life and the work that I do with my clients. I believe that all scripture is God breathed. I believe in the power of prayer and that God is the ultimate healer. Everything we have is a gift from God, including food. God has gifted me with the ability to help people with their food struggles, and I see God working in the lives of my clients as they make steps towards recovery.
