One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

We believe your body was created to eat and be nourished with grace and ease and not shame and guilt, so our approach uses compassion and gentle nutrition to help you resolve your relationship with food, learn how your body and brain work in order to fuel properly, and find lasting freedom so you can live your purpose.

Personal Statement of Faith

Jesus changed my life through his love and grace and allowed me to break free from body shame and food obsessions while giving me a personal and professional calling to help others do the same.
