One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

Collaboration and connection with my clients is most important to me, along with hope, humor, healing, and HEALTH AT EVERY SIZE!!!

Personal Statement of Faith

I’ve been a Christian since early childhood, but really began pursuing my journey with Christ at 18. Throughout most of my 20’s and 30’s, I carried a lot of negative body image baggage with me. After 4 daughters though, there simply wasn’t room for that anymore and God has opened my mind to what his radical love and acceptance of me looks like. Practicing a positive body image and having peace is one of my most precious gifts to my self, my family, and my community.
