One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

My goal is to accompany you on your path to healing, offering empathy, genuine connection, clinical expertise, and the integration of Christian faith if you’re open to that.

Personal Statement of Faith

I believe that Jesus is the Wonderful Counselor, Prince of Peace, Everlasting Father, and Almighty God. Trusting this to be true, it informs the way I counsel, as I ultimately am not any of those things and rely on Him for wisdom and deep healing for my clients. I believe the Bible is the Word of God and the foundation on which we can stand for ultimate truth. With God’s help, I have seen many clients experience freedom in Christ as they navigate recovery from eating disorders, disordered eating, and struggles with body image.
