One Sentence Treatment Philosophy

Through awareness and empowerment, I look forward to joining you on your journey to health and recovery through lasting, holistic change, by helping you to improve your physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

Personal Statement of Faith

My Catholic faith is a cornerstone of both my personal and professional life. As a Christian, I enjoy helping my clients discover how they can incorporate their faith into their recovery and their lives. I strongly believe in the healing power of faith and know that it is only through Him that I am able to do the work I do with clients. I also embrace all of the different ideas and values that present themselves in my office and believe that my faith through the Holy Spirit is what offers me one of my greatest gifts, a nonjudgmental and validating stance.
